May I use some of your pictures on my own website?
Yes, you are free to take and use what you want. Just don't recreate my entire gallery on your site. Credit is nice, but not needed.

What software do you use to create caps? How do you make them?
I use PowerDVD, which came on my computer. I do not use any screen capture program or software to make captures. All I do is play a DVD on my computer, pause it, press the PrntScrn (print screen) button, and paste the picture into a photo program.

Then, I save the unedited pictures, open them back up, crop, resave, and then rename. (It's faster to rename them as a batch, using copy+paste) This is why it takes me forever to update. Plus, I have a basic comp and it doesn't have a lot of virtual memory, so I have to restart my computer when it gets low.

How do you get the frames needed for animated icons?
Read above answer. The only thing different is that I unpause/pause (double-click) as fast as I can. It works out ok, if I'm only getting movement and not someone speaking.
